Meet David
Like many kids of a certain generation, David Cooprider read “The Black Stallion” from cover to cover. Then he read the series. Then, at 12 years old, he started working in an Arabian show barn near his home in central Illinois. The rest, as they say, is history.
More than 30 years later, after training horses part-time for most of his adult life, David relocated to middle Tennessee and began training full-time. Though he specializes in Arabians (halter, liberty, huntseat, and western pleasure), he has started or re-trained horses of almost any breed.
He has successfully shown his current horses within the region and stands MCA Magnum Force to a limited number of mares.
